Craniosacral Therapy was originally developed and cultivated by osteopathic physician John E. Upledger. CST is a non-invasive and gentle method of evaluating and improving the craniosacral system which is made up of the dural tube, membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. With a light touch, about the weight of a nickel, a craniosacral practitioner can release restrictions in the craniosacral system. |
